Replacement Policy

At Matrikas, every order is packed with love and care. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns on any orders once they have been delivered. All sales are final.

Replacement for Damaged Products

We do offer a free replacement if your product arrives damaged or defective — but only under the following conditions:

  • You must record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the package. The video must show the sealed package before opening and the damaged product inside.
  • The replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

⚠️ Important: Unboxing Video is Mandatory

Replacement requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted. Please ensure you record the unboxing of every Matrikas order as proof in case of damage during transit.
