Yes. All our gemstones and crystals are 100% natural and ethically sourced. We do not sell synthetic or lab-created stones unless explicitly stated.

How do I know which crystal is right for me?
Each product page includes detailed information about the crystal's properties and energies. You can also reach out to us for a personalised recommendation.

Do you provide certificates of authenticity?
Select premium pieces come with certificates. Please check the individual product listing for details.

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
We ship Pan-India. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also visit our Track Order page.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon.

Replacement Policy

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

What if my product arrives damaged?
We offer a free replacement for damaged or defective items. You must raise the request within 48 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video as proof. Please refer to our Replacement Policy for full details.
